To be honest with you I'm not a big believer in doing surveys as a way to earn money online. I've tried it myself and spent a lot of time but made very little money. It is really appealing though isn't it? There are many sites out there promising that you can make a whole lot of money just by answering a few questions. They promise anywhere from $1 per survey to $40 per survey. There are even some sites that promise you can make up to $75 per hour. My question is- "if it was true, why wouldn't everyone be doing it?"

In my experience you can make a few dollars answering surveys. Absolutely! But the key word here is "FEW". Most surveys you answer actually only get your name in draws for the possibility of winning cash or prizes. If you enjoy entering sweepstakes then you'll probably really enjoy answering surveys. However if you are looking to really earn money in online surveys, it's not going to happen. I know of several people online who enjoy surveys and spend 6-8 hours per day doing them. On average if you put in this amount of time you could probably earn $40per day. Plus you'd get your name is a lot of draws.

One big drawback is that you do need some good organizational skills because you receive a ton of promotional email from all the companies that you're doing survey's for.

Don't Be Scammed

Please beware of sites that promise you can make tons of money doing surveys if you pay them money for their lists. Their lists are no better than any survey sites you can find yourself on Google. That's a total scam. Don't fall for it.

What Is It That You're Really Looking For?

So let's get real. If you're looking to learn how to earn money in online surveys, it's probably because you just want to find a legitimate way to earn money online. Right?

The question is are you looking for an EASY way to earn money online, or LEGITIMATE way to earn money online? If you're looking for an easy way, I''m afraid you're going to be disappointed, and will probably be sucked into spending a lot of money on programs that offer you the world but deliver little or nothing. Those so called "opportunities" prey on your dreams of riches and your desperate need to get quick financial relief. But honest... there is no such thing as making easy money online. There isn't! Go play the lottery because you'd have more chance at getting rich.

However, if you are looking for legitimate ways of how to earn money online, then you talking my talk. Financial opportunity abounds online. The Internet is the new world market and anyone who learns Internet Marketing will be set for life. There are new millionaires online all the time. But Internet Marketing takes a lot of work and there is a LOT to learn. Most people don't make a dime for their first 2-3 months. Just like any career, you have to train first. But if you are willing to work hard and learn what you need to learn from a good reputable Internet Marketing training institute (there are a couple great ones online and you learn from home), then you'll be set. Then you'll be able to make money fast anytime, and you'll have a steady stream of income coming in from a variety of sources. It's so awesome!

So back to our original question of "how to earn money in online surveys?"... Work hard, and settle for peanuts. Unfortunately that's the truth.
